Fausto Pupolin graduated from the Venice Institute of Architecture and afterwards worked for two of Italy's foremost architects: Vittorio Gregotti in Milan and Marcello D'Olivo in Rome. In both studios he was involved in large-scale projects such as town planning and major structures.

Since then he has worked internationally, in the United Kingdom, Japan and most recently, the United States, specialising in the design of restaurants and cafés. His recent work has included a number of high profile projects in Manhattan, including Sant Ambroeus (Madison Ave and West Village), Bottega del Vino (59th St & 5th Ave), Via Quadronno (73rd St Upper East Side and Madison Ave, Carnegie Hill).

The hallmark of Fausto’s work is the combination of the highest quality materials and workmanship, using artisans and manufacturers from across the North East of Italy. His project services cover management from production to completion of the finished interior.
